HE IS YOUR PEACE

 Dear Courageous Woman,

I believe one of the greatest experiences of life is the understanding, the realisation, the knowledge that the hand of God is upon you!
This assurance settles on my reality like the calmness that comes after a huge storm.
The presence of God over you is not the absence of trouble as some are wont to believe.
Jesus said In this world you will have trouble, but He has given you victory because The Greater One lives in you.
It is an assurance that when God makes you a promise, He keeps His word.
After David was anointed king as a teenager, you would imagine that the next level would be for him to immediately by some act of God, replace Saul as the chosen one...! It took 13 years for Him to actually ascend the throne as King!
Within those years, he fought and defeated a lion and a bear; he killed a Goliath and became the King's music therapist!
He was in training!
He was in preparation!
He held on to the word!
The prophecy must persevere! ⭐ 🙏🏿
When you give up because of weariness, frustration or fatigue, remember that someone else in a similar or more intense situation is holding on!
The waiting period is when you build character!
You don't go building character in the marriage, you do it before you meet Mr or Mrs Right! 🌺🌺👠🌹
As a matter of fact, you become the RIGHT person before you meet them!
Skills are acquired and a resume updated way before the job interview and job application!
A wise person once said "When preparation meets opportunity,
a miracle happens"! 🌺❤️

 So...I watched Being Mary Jane today. I am not really a fan because I do not agree with some views carried on the show but today's episode spoke to me which is why this post!  Lots of times people ask us, 'how are you doing'? And the response is 'I am fine', 'great', ‘absolutely amazing'! Sometimes we quote our religious refrains ''I am blessed and highly favored', 'blessed beyond measure', ' I am lifted'...and on and on....No offense I am a believer and I speak the language too...! TURN YOUR PROPHESY TO A WEAPON

 One of the greatest books that impacted me as a university undergraduate is a book called WHERE THERE IS NO DOCTOR - A VILLAGE HEALTH CARE MANUAL written in 1970 by David Werner.  It is compendium of hacks that can be deployed when faced with emergency situations that occur in everyday life in the absence of medical personnel.  The connection would seem farfetched   until you understand the trend of my thought.  You see, I applied it as an undergraduate in the university leaving home for the first time in my life.  I had been sheltered, never travelled anywhere and I found myself on my own  for the first time.  I decided I would learn to be my own doctor and flowing from that my own prophet! we are a generation that are constantly spoon-fed.
